Process
This hoodie starts with yellow scrap fabric which I cut a scull logo from. I then appliqued the previously mentionwd logo onto a 3 yard roll of white french terry fabric. Once the logo fabric is attatched to the french terry it is submerged into a boing dye-bath (in my bathtub in my appartment). After the fabric is churned for a constant 45 minutes in the dye-bath it is then run through multiple clean water rinces to remove excess dye. Once the clean wash is done the fabric is hung and dried for atleast 24 hours before steaming, marking or cutting can begin. This garment is made up of 16 sperate pieces fabric pieces excluding wash and size tags.
